What is the programme structure?
The Athlete Programme begins with an initial data-gathering phase, where you track your nutrition, hydration, training and daily routines. This allows me to build a comprehensive picture of how you currently fuel and perform. This week forms the foundation of your performance platform — a clear, evidence-based baseline we will build from.
After this, you will receive an in-depth analysis of your diet and training structure, followed by bi-weekly 30-minute video meetings where we review progress, refine your strategies and build your personalised nutrition templates.
You’ll receive full nutrition programming detailing what to eat, when to eat and why, matched precisely to your training demands, competition schedule and long-term goals.
All of this is delivered through SENPRO, giving you access to:
Daily nutrition schedules fully aligned to your training
Integrated shopping lists automatically updated with your plan
A complete athlete-specific recipe hub
Performance resources and personalised nutrition templates
Integrated habit coaching, helping you implement and sustain key behaviour changes
Body composition and metric tracking
A simple, organised and actionable system that brings elite nutrition into your daily routine
After completing your initial phase, you can transition seamlessly into Nutrition Support+, maintaining full SENPRO access with continued guidance, monthly check-ins and messaging support.
How long is the programme?
The Athlete Programme requires a minimum of 4 weeks, but most athletes remain within this phase for 1–6 months, depending on their goals, training cycle and upcoming competitions.
Once this phase is complete, athletes usually progress into Nutrition Support+, which provides lighter-touch ongoing support, accountability and continuous SENPRO access without the intensity of full weekly programming.
What will I have to do?
To get the most out of the Athlete Programme, you’ll be expected to:
Share your training schedule, activity levels and competition calendar
Track your adherence to the plan and complete monitoring
Engage with your habit coaching tasks via SENPRO
Attend your bi-weekly check-ins where we review progress and adjust your plan
SENPRO centralises everything — schedules, habits, recipes, shopping lists and templates — making it easy to stay consistent.
In Nutrition Support+, your workload is lighter. You continue using everything we built together, supported by monthly check-ins and on-demand messaging for clarity and accountability.
What happens after I apply?
Your application will be reviewed, and you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve secured a place in the Athlete Programme, along with your proposed start date, onboarding instructions and next steps.
You’ll also receive guidance on how you can transition into Nutrition Support+ once your initial programme period is complete.
Can I book a call to discuss the programme before applying?
Due to high demand and limited spaces, it’s recommended to submit your application first — this immediately reserves your position in the next available intake.
